Steve and his staff upgraded my entire heating system from the 1920’s to the most modern, efficient system and repaired a leaking pipe. Steve and his employees were honest, friendly and a pleasure to be around. Even patient and kind to my energetic puppy. Comfortable to “leave the key.” Will highly recommend to others. I recently hired Steven and his team to do an oil-to-gas conversion in my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My water meter broke & water was everywhere; I was panicking. Fortunately, Steven Thomas was recommended by a neighbor. I called him immediately & instead of taking advantage of my situation, he gave me very useful information to see if I first qualify for a free meter repair/replacement from DEP. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable & willing to help immediately. When DEP came out to investigate they found there was a defect with my meter & replaced it for free. Thank you, Steven! I now have a kind & honest master plumber to use in the future!
