We discussed what work needed to be done and he agreed and gave me a price. I agreed on the price. He was suppose to come out this past weekend but never heard a word from him he wouldn't answer my calls or text. Finally he text back and said he couldn't do the job. Found out it was because he wasn't going to make that much for what he was going to do. Remember he set the price not me and I agreed. This is not how you run a business very unprofessional. Unless he makes up and does come through I will leave this review on here.

I used Stevens Handyman Services to install fans (where there were no light fixtures or power source) and paint a few rooms in my condo. They were courteous, professional and punctual and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again for another project.

Made and confirmed an appointment. Did not show up or call.
