Used Steve’s appliance repair on several occasions. Always very responsive and does a great job for a good price. He has repaired my stove, and dryer. My family members uses him as well. Highly recommend!
Let me start with how awful my experience was with Steve’s appliance. I have a work order that has been open since March. It took months before they said the part came in to complete the repair. Well that’s been since May. They were honest when they finally answered the phone after leaving messages for 2 months to say that the part came in but, it is hard to get 2 repair people at one site. They promised they would be to my home in 2 weeks after they come back from vacation. Today is 10/22/24 and they still have not showed up.
They was great explaining to me how to work my wash machine I thought something was wrong with my wash machine I was working it wrong the whole time lol.
Steve’s appliance center was great for our family! They came right out & taught me something’s I didn’t know before. They also fixed the issue & were very kind people.
They fixed a refrigerator that Lowes said was too expensive to fix. I do not thing that 200.00 for a 1000.00 appliance is too much! Great job!
