We have loved using Steve's Electric for a variety of needs in our home. Randy has come out multiple times to help with wiring and installation and is so kind and helpful with any questions we have. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue to hire them!
They came, looked at the work. Gave me a verbal estimate and he said they will send me a proposal in 1-2 days. I did not hear back from them. Called again, he said the person is out of the office and when she comes back they will send me the proposal (1-2) days. That was about 3 weeks ago. Never heard back. I’m totally surprised how they have that many stars if they treat their customers that way.
Steve's Electric is a great company that provides professional services. They read my home inspection carefully before coming and fixed all my electrical problems in an effective way. I highly recommend them to everyone!
If you need a good electrician, Steve's electric is who you want to hire. After the recent storm in Cedar Rapids I was able to call on Sunday, and then on Monday my meter was being reattached to the house
They cleaned up area, completed in a timely fashion, knowledgeable about our immediate concerns. Took time to answer questions. Aware of our generator and how it functiond.Took precautions regarding COVID. We will use them for any needs we have.
