Steve's Heating

We had a new furnace installed by Steve’s Heating & Service approximately six months ago. During extremely cold temperatures this winter, we discovered the furnace was unable to maintain temperature and was running constantly. Because the company does not provide 24-hour emergency service and no after-hours option was available, we had to contact another licensed HVAC company to diagnose the issue. The technician determined the furnace had been configured in a way that prevented it from entering second-stage heating. It was operating only in first stage and could not keep up with demand. Once a dip switch setting was corrected to allow the furnace to control staging properly, it immediately began functioning as designed. No parts were replaced and no repairs were needed beyond correcting

My furnace stopped working, lucky it wasn't super cold out yet. I called in the morning and they were there within 2 hours. Problem diagnosed in just 10 minutes and they had the parts shortly after. I can't say enough nice things about their speed, knowledge and professionalism.
