After years of dealing with box store service techs making multiple visits for appliance fixes we found Steward Maintenance. What an impressive service. Fast, reliable, affordable, and quality service from a local family business. I won't call anyone else.

Came out to assess my clothes dryer. Identified the problem, ordered the part, told me it arrived and scheduled the follow-up, didn’t show up to that and then didn’t return my calls. Called 8 times in 3 weeks, always to voicemail no matter which department I tried. I was super kind in my first six messages saying that I understand that it’s winter and they may have had to prioritize people with failed heating systems. Very unprofessional experience, overall. Here is the state of my dryer for over five weeks now.

Do NOT call this company for service for any reason. I put in a claim to have them fix my washer with my home warranty. They came out, took apart my entire washer, and left it in pieces. They stated that they needed the warranty company to send them the new parts and they'd call when they arrived to set up a time to complete the job. They then completely ghosted me. Did not return any of my calls, and did not respond to the warranty's outreach either. They left our family without a washer for weeks. The warranty company sent out a new company, who also noticed that the service contractor stole a part from our washer making it completely unable to work. Not only did this company take our deductible, they now have new parts, including a part stolen from my washer, and never looked back. Avoi

Had put in a claim with my warranty, the technician came out was polite, very informative and said he was sending the diagnosis to my warranty company to approve parts to be ordered. My warranty company never got the diagnosis and called them at least 8 times in addition to me calling 4 times and letting messages and no one called back. Based on the reviews it appears this is a common theme with them. Now I have to wait for a new service repair company to come out.

AVOID Stewart Home &Commercial Maintenance at all costs!! Horrible customer service. My insurance company sent them out to assess/repair my dryer. They did come to assess, the part replacement part allegedly was ordered. A service call was set to install....no one showed up, no call to cancel. Several voice mails & emails from myself and insurance provider went unanswered. If you don't want the business just say so, so that a more reputable, reliable company can get the job done.
