ride operators are extremely rude, and watched kids repeatedly cut the line. After I left my spot to move kids cutting the line, I was asked to go to the back of the line. Management was useless, told me that they would their operators regardless of how many people vouched for me, adults included. I waited for nearly an hour just to have my concerns dismissed. I would advise going against using this company at all costs. I’m at a loss for words.
