Stewart Delivery and Moving

Carrie and the delivery team were wonderful. Despite some challenges, Stewart Moving went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery. The delivery team was excellent and handled my packages with care. They placed the packages exactly where I asked. The delivery team was extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you for great customer service.

Please do not use this company. They have had my TV since 11/19 and it is now 12/16. I spoke to Carrie and she lied about the actual conversation I had with her. Then she started telling me they left me multiple messages and I never called back, which is a lie, they had the correct number, I received 1 message which I called back and talked to her, that’s it. My voicemail is not full which is another thing she’s telling me. They didn’t leave me any messages that I didn’t return the call. I actually left 2 voicemails for them that they never returned my calls! Carrie absolutely assured me it would be delivered today and that didn’t happen. They keep your item that you paid for, no communication, terrible customer service and she’s a liar. I told them to send the TV back, I am not dealing wi

The worst moving company I have ever encountered. They lie about attempting delivery. They don’t answer phone calls. They don’t respond to text even though it says read, nor do they don’t respond to emails. They hang onto your items for months with zero attempt to deliver. They live in Wyoming, but claim they don’t have a four-wheel-drive vehicle to deliver items. Carri is a liar in this company is a joke.

There was a week and a half delivery window promised, but couldn't ever get a call back after leaving messages. Finally was able to make contact, and was promised that I would receive a call the next day with the delivery day and time. Never received a call, had to call again. At which point i was told there were case notes that were completely inaccurate and was told it would be delivered the next day between 130 and 530. (I have to drive an hour to get there for delivery) then the next day at 1030 I received an email that delivery was now scheduled for 1130-330. Can't get a hold of them again while calling. All around a total mess and will never recommend them.

They use every excuse there is as to why they been setting on my delivery for 3 weeks and it was going to be another week before they could deliver. The wind in Wyoming never stops blowing and the weather is always changing. I do not and will not recommend them for anything at all.
