He was clear, communicative, and incredibly helpful - even quick to respond to follow up questions via text after the work was done. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell us - just doing the work we needed which was really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Michael Barnhart provided excellent service to clear my sink drains. I asked about the hot water heater and he picked up on three important issues to be addressed after the Big Chill. Highly recommended.

The tech that was dispatched to our home to service our A/C was great. He went above and beyond what I had expected, both politeness and professionalism. He had even offered some tips on how to avoid future calls for issues. All in all he was here a total of 30 minutes and we were back in business. Kudos to SWSG for having a great tech like Syna Ven.

Hunter came to work on our commercial refrigerator and did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, the repairs that were needed, and when the parts would arrive. He returned a few days later quicker than expected and everything is in working order. Good job Hunter!!!
