I purchased a new house and steward flooring America did the bathroom in less then a year all the tile falls off the floor which resulted in water damage they claimed is was just a bad batch of material that was used they will fix it but it’s been almost 3 months and they refused to fix it properly all they are trying to do is cut corners a picture worth a thousand words I’ll let you be the judge of that. I’ve been very patient and they acted like they are doing me a favor but they are the ones who did a terrible job the worst I ever seen. Be aware of who you choose to work for you and I would advise you to reach out to the people who posted the good and bad reviews about their work especially the bad reviews. I’ll definitely answer any questions regarding the work they did in my bathroom

We worked with Pedro and Erly and cannot recommend them highly enough. We wanted to add tile to our kitchen island to protect the wall from those sitting on barstools, so we had them install the same tile we have for our kitchen backsplash. The process was great from beginning to end. Pedro was very timely in response, scheduling, and answering any questions. Erly performed the installation and it was exceptionally fast, clean, and well done. He even went out of his way to sweep up our patio after cutting tile. All around great people and will be sure to tell our friends and family.

Jaycee R is completely unprofessional in many ways. He's lack of empathy is why I will not be working with this company in the future. Initially, he cancelled to come out and see the damage from my floors due to "fleas" all throughout his home. He never called to reschedule but submitted my claim. Then stopped writing back to me and following up with me when I have an inquiry. He continues to leave me on "Read". The absolute worst. It shows the company's true colors when they have people like Jaycee working for them.

Steven, their repair guy is excellent! Took the wrinkles out of our rug in ten minutes. Neat, nice, and very professional! They should give him a raise! Mark Barie

Replaced a few cracked tiles. Grout cured and didn’t match existing grout color. Had to return 4 times to re-do the grout due to applying wrong color on first try and after 4 appointments, the grout still doesn’t match in certain areas, some darker areas than others. I just settled for mediocrity, because I do not have time to sit at home for half a day on a 5th visit and then scrub floors again to get all the dry grout out of tiles after it cures. Sadly true story, but I had given this company a 5 star review after the first try, due to their amazing customer service. The owner is indeed a very nice gentlemen, but quality, attention to details and craftsmanship are definitely lacking in my experience. It should have never taken 4 visits and job is still defective- unacceptable!
