Stewart's TV & Appliance

Stewart’s recently installed my dryer and the buying and install experience was a 10/10. They have competitive prices vs big box stores and I know if there are any issues I will have no problems getting them taken care of. Have bought multiple appliances through them and have had zero issues. My basement is very tight and hard to navigate and they were able to install with no problems.

We purchased all our appliances for our new build. The delivery guys drug my appliances in the mud, trashed my new carpet with there muddy shoes. Scratched my refrigerator did not hook anything up or put door handles on the refrigerator. First time ever purchasing from them. Got no discount for scratchs on fridge sent a tech out to touch up paint. Sending a carpet co out to clean carpet. So I paid ALOT of money in there store and dont think we will purchase from them again. Bad experience

Very impressed with this multi decade operating business. They have so much to choose from and the prices are very competitive since they have clearance and scratch and dent ( not their specialty since they sell new items ) so you will find something within your budget. They offer parts and service as well so they are a one-stop shop. Employees are helpful and very pleasant and they will honor the sale price you've found on their website if it hasn't expired of course.

I and my fiance have purchased many appliances from this store. We have always been very happy with our purchases and your kind and helpful services. I recently went with my daughter and made a 1500.00 purchase. Brody Stewert was very helpful and kind in helpful in helping us decide /make a decision on the appliances we wanted to purchase, he also ask us we we wanted to purchase the hose needed to hook up one of the appliances we said yes. We were unaware of needing a new electrical cord. When the delivery men came they ask if we purchased the hose and cord needed to hook up the appliances. I told them yes we purchased the hose but was unaware we needed the electric cord. He called Stewerts and talked to a lady named Sarah, she told him we never purchased them.. well we told Brody yes

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and wasted my time driving out to this location in Elyria. Be aware, they do not price match as they said they would over the phone to get me there. I wanted a company that would provide installation and remove the doors from a refrigerator to get into my home safelly. They said they provided the service and charged for it so that is why I agreed to use their store and service and travel there to purchase my refrigerator. But when I asked about the price matching when I was about to make payment they said "why would they price match when the other big box store wouldn't provide the service that they would" Although they provide the service they also charge for the service $70.00 extra whi
