Chris did my gutters on my garage and other projects and has always done a great job and is an extremely nice guy to work with. If you write a review because he "didn't get to you" you should reevaluate your expectations. He's a 1 man operation who gives his current job the attention it deserves. If you want the best and most affordable price in the county you might need to have alittle patience, but I promise he is is worth it. Thanks again Chris

I recently hired Big Dog Gutter Co. to repair my roof after a storm had caused a large tree limb to fall on my house. Chris the proprietor promptly responded when contacted and placed a temporary patch on the roof. He then arranged to return a few days later to perform the permanent repair. The work done was excellent. Chris and his crew were courteous and professional. I also had Big Dog replace the gutters on my house after one of our recent bad winters. Once again, excellent work was performed. Their pricing is also very fair. I highly recommend Big Dog.

After a torrential rain, my old slate roof began leaking. A piece had slid away. I called Chris who promised to be here before day's end. His prompt and courteous response earned him the job to replace the entire roof and install new gutters with guards. I couldn't be happier with his professional work and would give him an A++ rating. I had these people replace my house roof two years ago. They did it right. The old roof was stripped and bad plywood replaced. New edge drip was installed. Ice dam was installed. They repaired my concrete chimney and my concrete back porch and steps. My garage roof is tin. They sanded the roof and laid down elastomeric coating. I also had new gutters and gutter guard installed.

I contacted Chris to investigate and fix a leaking in the house only during heavy rains. He came to the place and thought it is the window not sealed well caused the leaking. He charged $275 to caulk three windows. We were not able to verify if it fixed the problem until 5 months later we got a heavy rain and it started leaking again. I tried to contact him by text, call, voicemail, email for more than a month. He picked up my call twice and promised to take a look but never came to fix it. I would not recommend this service if you want a quality work and someone who is responsive to a customer about their performed work.
