If they’re doing service in your area, they may cut your internet or other service lines, leave it be, and expect you to resolve the issue yourself. They didn’t even have the decency to let us know they cut our internet line until confronting them about it the next day.

Giving one star because I can’t give zero! This company carelessly and knowingly cuts internet lines. When confronted about it, STF said they “don’t care” if they cut important lines and that it’s on other people to fix the issues they create. Absolutely terrible company standards - I do not recommend working with STF services in any capacity.

I'll echo the damage lines and have no regard. Also they give no prior notice they'll be stomping around all over your yard. 👎🏻
