Outstanding service. This is not my primary store. But when I had a issue hours after Tropical Storm Helene blew through and my primary store was closed due to no power, the staff at Albemarle Road was fast and responsive so that I could get right back to work. A huge shoutout to Jesse, who was able to get things started over the phone. Even after his initial phone call, he continued working to find a solution to my problem. By the time I walked in the store 45 minutes later, he was ready to jump into action. A big thank you to both Jesse and Angel for tremendous customer service while I was in the store. I'm glad to know I can get outstanding service at any STI location.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! TERRIBLE!!! They destroyed my blower!! I paid for a diagnostic they told me I needed a new one and NEVER put it back together … They handed me a box of screws and parts and told me I had to pay more to have it put back together!! The manager was nasty, the sales people were terrible, and the diagnostic was wrong. After all this I paid another guy $56 for the repair I asked them for in the first place. NEVER BRING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! If you pay an HVAC company to diagnose a system do you expect it to be in the same condition when they are done? Of course If you get your car diagnosed with an issue but decline the repair do they charge extra to hand it back in 1 piece? Of course not!

Lisa gave great customer service on finding the exact part that I needed for my ex mark status s series. She found it when I couldn’t, and I looked at the schematics to try and find it. Thank you Lisa

I can see why these guys only have three. Four stars. I went to their store today to pick up an order for four chainsaw chains. The gates were completely locked in. The store was closed on a Friday afternoon. I was told that because I place the order through stihl they were not responsible for having the inventory and then I had to call Stihl, to handle the refund. However, the charge on my account on my credit card is directly from STI turf care equipment. I filed a dispute with the credit card company today and STI can be responsible for the chargeback fees. Terrible customer service.

Great selection of products. Bought a $500.00 echo blower 2 years ago. HOWEVER their customer service lacks a lot to be desired. 5 guys behind the counter..not caring to help show me a not interested in helping me . Never going back.
