We used Robert to build our custom home. He made a lot of promises to us he never delivered on. It started with the architect he had us use, who sent him plans with the incorrect room sizes. We were not made aware until AFTER the foundation was poured. This was the start of mishap after mishap with him. He still never fixed items that were supposed to be fixed, written on the move in sheet. It’s been two years and the punch list has still not been done. Our driveway began to crumble 6 months after we moved in and he is refusing to fix it. He still never fixed the sidewalk which we never signed to accept.
