Lamont was fantastic. Came to the house promptly and had a high attention to detail about his work. He was great at explaining things to me and shared more about services that Stilwell offered. He is the reason we will continue to utilize this company. Shoutout to Lamont

We called Stilwell today to receive a plumbing estimate. Lamont came out same day to provide us an estimate for work to cap retired shower plumbing lines in a guest bathroom. He quickly identified what needed to be done and was able to take care of the lines same day in under an hour. We would have preferred to get multiple estimates, but appreciated that he was willing to do the work right away. However, the estimate did change without an explanation as to why after he returned from a quick trip to Home Depot. It would've been nice to have been informed why the increase to the estimate. Overall, he was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and did good work.

We had several plumbing issues and still well Plumming came out right away to address our needs. Lamount did an awesome job taking care of everything that needed to be done. We really appreciate his expertise and the time he took to fix our plumbing issues.

The work was performed quickly and professionally. My techs, Lamont and Plugs, were awesome! Not only did they do everything expected, but also went above and beyond what was needed and left the place looking better than they found it! I will be using and recommend Stillwell in the future.

I am really grateful for my tech Lamont. He went above and beyond to complete his job and it was a lot to do. He stayed until it was done. He is hard-working, nice respectful attitude.
