Sting has been just outstanding at providing routine quarterly visits and especially when called for an immediate circumstance requiring quick resolution. Their excellent performance of the routine visits has kept emergency calls to around 3 times over the last 6+ years. The emergency calls were not due to a lack of preventive service but the bees decided that they wanted to build their nests at places where they should not have been able to gain access. Reps are always friendly, courteous, respectful of property, and very professional in the performance of their services.

Bill and his team at Sting are absolutely fantastic! Every encounter I had, from the moment I called, was exceptional. They were thoughtful, accommodating, provided excellent communication, and wonderful education on keeping my home safe from unwanted pests! They have got a new customer for life, and my friends and family are about to switch to Sting as well! This is a wonderful company!

I'm so happy with Sting! They came out quickly and took immediate action to get rid of the mice that terrify me (and yes, I know that I shouldn't be so scared of them!). Jordan has been fantastic. He even offered to come out and remove any traps that caught mice in between his visits. We are signed up for the service for 1 year and it is quite possible we will be renewing it too!
