Our first time using Stinky’s Tank Services was smooth from start to finish. Their team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Booking the appointment was quick and simple, and they were really responsive the whole way through. The crew showed up right on time, treated us with respect, and had everything done in no time. The service was efficient, and the price was very fair. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Stinky’s for future service!

We've been using Stinky's service for more than 30 years and always had professional, excellent & friendly service. This time we had an emergency and they squeezed us in first thing in the morning & double checked that everything was working and isolated the problem we had with a clog. Thank You!

We made an appointment more than three weeks in advance of when we needed our tank pumped. On the scheduled day, we had been told the company would arrive at 10am. We waited until 3pm. I called their main number multiple times and also a cell number. I was not able to get an answer until 5pm. At that point, I was told they weren't coming and that it was my fault for not being ready for them. We had waited all day at the property at that point. I told the owner I was unimpressed by his lack of professionalism and his lack of follow-through. I cancelled our service and will be contacting another company.

We had an appointment we had made in advance as my husband had to take a day off. They called the day they were supposed to be there and canceled then we rescheduled and my husband took another day off and they just never showed up or called!
