Our furnace went out on a coldest Friday day. Donnie arrived a few hours after my call for repair. Thanks to his technical expertise, attention and persistence, he got an 18 year-old furnace up and running again. Outstanding and impressive service!

Stiver's personnel are alway courteous, kind, and most helpful. The service tech who came to the house was efficient, polite, and knowledgable. We have been a customer for close to 10 years since they installed our new furnace. One disappointing thing was that they would not match a competitor's price on the annual system service, which was what we had done on this call.

Stivers technicians do an excellent job servicing my furnance and air conditioner. They are always friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. The office personnel are always nice and professional. Would refer to family & friends.
