After confirming in late October that they would plow my driveway for the winter, nobody showed up after a snowfall. When I texted the "project manager" (he is the one who emailed me a contract), I never got a response. I replied to the email thread where my contact was confirmed, and go no response there either. I texted the owner the next day and also got no response. So not only did they completely ghost me, they also put me in a situation where I had to find a new plow company after the season began! At least I never paid for any work that didn't happen as I've seen in other reviews. Don't waste your time with these people, they will just waste yours.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My work cashed a check from them & it bounced and they keep avoiding us & hanging up on us!!!
