RESPONSE: Greetings…I’m surprised your inquiring as when I called 2 different occasions the short interaction was unsatisfactory. Just like Alex Knox… It’s obvious your business doesn’t care for customer service and I didn’t much appreciate the interaction so that is the reason for my rating. I’d advise you’d look into how to improve customer service if you truly care about your business and your current and potential customer s. Best of luck to you.

Shane doesn't settle for mediocrity in his work. You can tell by the quality of his work that he gets the job done right. Prices are a bit high but fair. You get what you pay for. He's not gonna try and rip you off like some guys. Thanks, Shane for all the woodwork you've done for me in the last 30+ years.

Called Shane Stock asking for his help or at the very least if he could point in the direction of someone who could. Was very rude to me on the phone. Told me “I’m not interested in helping or taking this job and I’m going to hang up now”. I would advise not using him for anything. Customer service is nonexistent. I also had to call several times over a few days to even get him on the phone.

From the first moment I stopped in the workshop, we received the best attention and professional service, I can not remember his name, but the man is a professional in wood, he saves us hours of work and precision in the frames I ordered, It was spectacular, thanks for the great service to this carpentry workshop in Laredo
