Huge thanks to Gordon and his crew at Stockwood Excavation! They stepped up during a holiday weekend to help us with an emergency water pipe repair. Despite the difficulty of working around our fieldstone foundation, they were professional, careful, and efficient. Their experience really showed, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed perfectly. We couldn't have asked for better service during a stressful situation! Hired Stockwood to excavate a damaged residential sewer line. Got estimates from a few companies, but went with Gordon because he showed up confident, and knowledgeable. While other companies said if this and if that, Gordon said this is how we are doing it. His team showed up, worked hard and got the job done. They were impressive and competent down to the last man. I cannot recommend them enough.

Gordon & Team's professional work & attention to detail in this very challenging retaining wall removal, rebuild and the condo backyard construction was much appreciated. Stockwood Excavation does a professional job with attention to detail, respect for your property and fair pricing. I had four huge trees removed from my front yard, which left a random odd hill that blocked my house. In a few days, Gordon and Sam and the team removed the giant stumps left behind by the tree removal, dug out the hill and leveled the yard. They then brought in loam and planted grass seed, which is just starting to take root. All I have to do is water it! It’s a stunning transformation and they were a great team to work with. Highly recommend!
