Great service, great price! Our A/C unit finally gave out after 30 years, so I decided to give Stokley’s a call for an estimate on a new one. I’d heard great things about them, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation! The gentleman who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He helped us select the best replacement for our home — a heating/cooling heat pump system. Check! Here’s the amazing part: the unit that arrived turned out to be a higher-end heat pump model — more expensive than the A/C unit I originally ordered — but he didn’t charge me the difference! Stokley's Services has installed, repaired and maintained the HVAC systems in my home for many years. They have been extremely reliable and efficient. Their service technicians are friendly, conscientious, and highly skilled. I knew my downstairs unit was nearing its end of life, and last month it finally stopped working. I called Stokely's and they were there the same day to diagnose the issue and find a way to keep it running temporarily. Ultimately, it made sense to replace the unit, and they were able to do that very quickly. I recommend them highly.
