From the day we brought our plans to their showroom, to the end of the project, they provided high quality products and installation. The price was well within our budget which allowed us to go with several upgrades we didn't think we'd get.

From the time I first stopped by Stone City several months ago until we finally finished up our kitchen remodel last week we've been impressed and helped by both Eva and Cindy... they went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. A friend who'd used them recommended them to us and we're so glad they did. Not only did we get treated better, but we got a much better price than a competitor of theirs in Collierville. Their team did quality work and were very attentive to our needs and concerns. We went from 4 pieces of granite with 3 seams on the section where our sink and cooktop are, down to just 2 pieces with 1 seam now - and it looks AMAZING... almost imperceptible. We went to Stone City after going to two competitors in Collierville that had extremely high quotes and pretty much bait and switch pricing. Zero customer service or appreciation. Eve and Amy at Stone City were super nice, helpful and courteous! We were given samples and a super good quote for the 3' vanity top and once we made the decision, within 24 hours they'd measured exact specs, and sent an invoice for down payment. Then, not having to wait a week and a half like the others were quoting, had our top installed the following business day. Measurements Friday, installed Monday! And for a super price. We will definitely be going back for cabinets and kitchen tops. 100% recommend! (FYI, we didn't get the cabinet from them but they treated us like we were customers for life. )

What a great experience! From our 1st meeting with Eva, to the contractor she recommended to remove our old tile backsplash, to the actual install of granite countertops and backsplash. I don't know what could have been done to make the experience any better! And it was quick! We couldn't be happier with the result.
