Stone Empire Fabrication

We hired Stone Empire Fabricators for a kitchen and bathroom countertop installation and the final result is extremely disappointing. The stone was cut incorrectly and installed crooked. The countertop overhangs are visibly uneven, which is unacceptable for this type of work. Even more concerning, portions of the stone are loose—you can actually see the stone bow when you press down on it. They had to re-cut a very simple windowsill because it was initially cut wrong and didn’t fit at all. This was not a complex detail. Communication throughout the process has also been poor. We have had to follow up multiple times to get responses. Amazing customer service, professionalism and quality. We recently used Stone Empire for the measurement, fabrication and installation of our kitchen countertops - this included a large island (single slab of engineered quartz) along with a few long countertop runs that included both inside and outside corners. Taha and his team provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process.
