We had a wonderful experience working with Jeri! She took the time to walk us through every detail and option, making the entire design process feel easy and collaborative. While I’ve previously designed a kitchen alongside a professional designer and had some knowledge going in, I’m not fluent in all the technical terms—but Jeri instantly understood what I was describing and brought my vision to life. This place was recommended by our contractor. WOW were we treated poorly. Came in with our wonderfully behaved 1 year old. Answers to our questions if they also sold sinks? To ask if I had an Amazon Prime account and show me how to search a sink on Amazon. Showroom tour? Showed us three discontinued lines and explained what drawers were - no mention of what they currently sell. Jeri then questioned while showing us cabinets if I remembered how much things cost. Turns out she was offended that I didn't take the pen she offered to write down ballpark figures. Apparently they don't print out pricing here, they just want you to write it down. Our consultation with Stone International was unprofessional and unacceptable from the start. The rep, Jeri, was condescending throughout — criticizing our design ideas, saying she “hated” our kitchen island, and making inappropriate comments about our 13-month-old being present. She told us we should’ve hired a babysitter if we were “serious” about the meeting, despite our child being calm and quiet. She also asked us (my husband and I, as we had both made time during our work day to be there together) to “put him down” so we could take notes on her estimates — which is her responsibility to clearly communicate. I’m not a fan of spending my personal time writing reviews, but our recent experience during a kitchen remodel has left me no choice but to state the facts of the poor experience we recently had with Stone International. In late 2017, we contracted a designer to help with our kitchen cabinets. After approving the design, she took it to Stone International to finalize and order. Stone International suggested to CJ Seavall Design that she order a particular white finish of cabinet that could then be painted a navy blue. To our understanding, they also suggested to CJ Seavall Design, a contractor who specialized in installing and painting cabinets. After paying CJ Seavall Design for the project, she ordered the cabinets and paid Trinity Home Solutions to handle the painting and installation

I had worked with Nancy, the owner of SI, for 3 different occasions in the past and on each encounter, she always provided the utmost professional and courteous service to me. You could always count on her honest and expert opinions. We had them installed cabinets+countertop the first time in 2011 and felt very happy about the whole process and the outcome. Fast forward to 2021 when we remodeled the Roxborough Park home, we enlisted them again to install granite slabs. The whole process was equally smooth and transparent. Currently we had to put our project on hold after contacting Nancy for the third time.
