5+ Stars for these guys. I am an HOA president and we hired Stone Restoration of America at the beginning of the year to fix the seal on our windows. They completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we reached out, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. They were also so incredibly patient with our never ending, "well could you fix this..." questions. This company was hired by our HOA to complete a restoration of the outside wall of our building in North Myrtle Beach. They tore the external wall out of our condo and a 3 month project turned into an 8 month project where the internal portion was exposed during this time. This company failed to return our condo to its pre- construction condition. Our furniture was not wrapped, but exposed to the Elena Ta for 8 months. In addition, our carpet, window coverings and paint had to be redone at our expense. This company lacks provision of a quality product and owns no accountability for shoddy work. Buyer beware!!!
