Our furnace had a small crack and had to be decommissioned in the middle of this freezing winter with 2 small kids in the house. Stone Services came out immediately and finished fixing it the very next day. Another company came around the same time but wasn’t going to be able to fix it for a week and literally quoted us double. Hugely appreciative to Stone. Highly recommend - professional, thorough, and friendly.

Stone Services provided excellent customer service from start to finish. All the associates were very responsive and Tyler Stone, the owner, provided me with several options for replacing my now defunct unit. He was thorough in his explanation and took care to measure and review the area to be cooled and heated so I could make an informed decision on what unit would work best for me. It was only a few days once I made the decision before his excellent technicians Ryland & Brant were here installing my new American Standard Platinum variable speed split heat pump on July 23rd, 2024. Tyler and Stone Services stood out from the rest - they didn't immediately try to sell me on a complete new system. Rather, Tyler repaired my old unit. I wish I could give Stone Services ten stars!!! My 32 year old heat pump finally died. Tyler and Cody were here on time and came prepared for the rainy day by pitching their own shelter. They came equipped with everything they needed to complete the job, and did so in an expeditious manner. Both Tyler and Cody were very professional, knowledgable, and courteous.
