Stone & Tile Shoppe, Inc. Was a GREAT company to work with!!! They were very communicative from the beginning. They kept me posted every step of our way with respect to the ordering process, when everything was ordered, and when it was time to ship our flooring to our home. They even checked to make sure the delivery went as scheduled a s that our product was good. I really liked the shipping company they used as well. I would 10/10 recommend them again and have already referred family friends their way.

I've been doing construction for a while now. And as a contractor I try to give the clients what they want. So when my last client picked out a tile they liked, it was difficult to find. Lowe's carried it at one point, but by the time funding was available they no longer had it. So I took to the Web and searched for the right one. I stumbled upon Stone and Tile Shoppe. The prices were amazing and quality products too. I was very hesitant to place a very large order with them. At first I couldn't get the purchase to go through. Then it seemed like they lost my order. However anytime I had a question or concern they were always available. They answered every question and alleviated every doubt and fear. Because my order was very large and very very heavy it did take a little longer to arrive

When my client spec’ed 12” x 12” granite for a tub/shower remodel, I was surprised that none of the suppliers I have worked with for the past fifty years stocked granite anymore. It’s all large format tile now, exactly what my client hates. I searched the web and found Stone&Tile Shoppe - huge selection, low prices. Amazing. My client’s first selection was, unfortunately, not available, but the helpful folks at S&T suggested alternates. The client chose one. Payment was simple and the shipment arrived in less than a week, carefully packed on a pallet and delivered to the door of my shop. I’m in the middle of the job now and very happy with the quality of the material. I can without hesitation recommend buying from Stone&Tile Shoppe.

I bought large order Rekindle from Stone and Tile Shoppe and am very happy with the order. They have great customer service, kept me well informed thru the process. We had a problem with Fed Ex shipping and their terrible customer service. Stone and Tile Shoppe found a different delivery who was awesome! They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy!
