I don’t know where to start. I would have given them NEGATIVE STAR if it was available on Google Reviews. Don’t fall for this builder. They won’t listen to your complaints. They make big promises when they want to sell house to you. It’s been 3+ months I’ve been complaining about flooring, windows missing screens, worst part is they have installed WRONG master bedroom window. I’ve been asking and complaining about wrong window since they started building the house which is almost 10 months now and still it’s not corrected. SO AGAIN DONT’T FALL FOR THIS BUILDER.

Sales reps will say anything to get you to buy a house. We did in 2018. So many issues and they go with cheap materials and cheaper labor. They don't care about anything relating to quality or customer satisfaction. 60 houses in stonebridge. Every neighbor will say bad things about them. Not 1 house is satisfied with service. So many house issues that shouldn't be for new construction.

Decent homes, too cookie cutter for my taste though. If I'm going to drop $550k or up for a home, I'd rather have it be to my personal preferences.

Houses are nice but yards are way small
