Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of care for protecting property during roofing projects. I had a brand-new Italian Cypress installed just two months before the roofing work began. Prior to the crew’s arrival, I even placed clear signs indicating areas requiring extra caution: The fountain The Cypress Despite these precautions, the Cypress was completely destroyed by the second day of work. There was zero consideration for property outside the scope of their roofing job. When I raised the issue, communication was dismissive. They sent someone to “inspect” the tree—someone specializing in construction, not arboriculture. That makes no sense. A balcony rebuild and flashing installation failure by Stonebridge has continued to cause water intrusion, cracked stucco and structural damage to our home. We have patiently and politely worked with Stonebridge since 2020 but after 5+ years and multiple attempts at repair Stonebridge has failed to resolve the problem resulting in wasted time, energy and continued damage. Our experience with Stonebridge Roofing has just been outstanding! Received a strong recommendation from our church Chief Sexton (Stonebridge had recently done roofing work there) and they did not disappoint. We had a complete new roof installed & the process was outstanding in every way. Pricing was very reasonable...in fact about $1000 less than I had anticipated even after replacing 20 or so sheets of sheathing. All products used are top of the line. Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three contracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliabe. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone
