DO NOT BUY!!! if I could go lower than one star i would. I paid over $1200 for a 800lb 3 tier fountain and another $400 for installation in March 2024. Turned it on maybe a dozen times during the 2024 summer, never let it run for long. In September of 2024 I wrapped the monster in 5 layers of covering for winter protection. There was no way to take it indoors. Jump to April of 2025- 13 (THIRTEEN) month after purchase and installation. TWO of the bottom tiers (which are the largest) are disintegrating, each water bowl is chipping like old paint and the underside is literally disintegrating. if you touch the underside, it falls off like ancient concrete. The retail store i bought it from reached out to Stonecasters LLC, and they basically said too bad, so sad... it is out of warrenty- BY ONE

This company makes great fountains and even replaced the initial fountain that I bought from a dealer in my area because it started to chip away at the base. However, that being said, I cannot recommend that you buy any products directly from Stonecasters. I had to get a small replacement lightbulb for my fountain and from the time that I ordered it to the time where I’m actually gonna get it, which I haven’t yet, it is almost 3 weeks. I was told it shipped when it hadn’t. I called and was told that it was on its way when it wasn’t. I was told that it would be delivered on a certain date and it didn’t arrive. Bad Business reflects bad leadership and thus a bad company. Went online to find School Memorabilia for the front garden and BAM! I found the perfect item. Placed the item in my cart, proceeded to checkout, was informed shipping would be with in seven days - excellent. Entered all the required information, CC information and placed the order. BAM! within two minutes my credit card was charged, received an email confirming my order, shipping information and so on. This is exactly what you want to happen and gives you great comfort. This is where it all went wrong. 24 hours later I received an email stating that they no longer carry the product because they no longer have licensing with the school. SAY WHAT! I have 2 Henri Studio fountains. I had a problem with one and the company went out of their way to make things right. The fountains are of excellent quality and the company is great to work with... Highly recommend!

I needed a birdbath part and the service was fast, friendly and efficient! Everything was easy peasy and worked out great for me!
