Mariana and the whole team at the Stone House were excellent to work with and very attentive to our project needs. We selected a beautiful Soho Brown stone and they were able to do a perfect match of carrying the stone from the slabs to the backsplashes, and their way of finishing the edging at the backsplashes is very classy. We had a minor concern about a small fissure and the owner made the visit almost immediately to get a look at it and put our concerns to rest. Would recommend Stone House strongly! Great work!

I had a terrible experience with Stonehouse by Temponi. After spending nearly $5k on quartz countertops, I discovered they were installed without proper supports, causing a crack after just 2.5 years. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, their communication was poor, and they refused to take responsibility. The owner even told me they don't install supports (a countertop installer doesn’t install supports when it went from a particle board countertop to a very heavy quartz? Nor do they tell you it is needed) and offered a costly replacement without addressing the root cause. They didn’t follow installation guidelines, voiding the warranty, and conveniently couldn't find my contract when I asked for it. Horrible customer service, and they refused to honor their mistakes. We completed 25 homes with Stonehouse fabricating and installing all of the countertops. The employees all have a great attitude and we are always able to keep schedule! Stonehouse is a pleasure to do business with.
