Easy to book, showed up on time, fixed my washing machine and gave good tips on how to prevent issues in the future. Would recommend! Edit: apparently they had to disassemble my door to the laundry closet and they put it together wrong and damaged the bottom part of the door. They didn’t let me know this before they left. Now I have to completely disassemble my door to get it to work again. Tip for the workers, if you break something at the very least let the homeowner know before you leave.

Couldn’t be much more impressed with this company! I tried to diagnose my clothes washer door not closing. I ordered a door hinge through them. When I went to pick up the hinge, two guys were there and we started to discuss my issue. The one guy (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) told me he didn’t think my issue was the hinges. I was so upset as I didn’t want to have to replace my beloved 25 yo machine over the door not closing. He told me he had a door he would give me, at no charge mind you, from a machine he was getting rid of. If the door/hinges worked, great, I saved myself the part fee as well as another hinge fee had coming from another dealer. Truly the best go to appliance parts company. They took the time to look up the model number to my refrigerator. Look at the schematic. And make sure the parts I was ordering for the correct ones. Thankful for the time they spent helping me.
