I worked with Maureen Johnson to place a flooring order for an addition to my house, and while the experience started off promising, it could not have ended with more disappointment. After shopping around several vendors I decided to move forward with Maureen's quote because she promised to get a particular white oak flooring, specifically with lengths up to 10'. While the lead time and price quoted were longer and higher than ideal, I thought it was worth the wait to get the product desired. After waiting 5 weeks for the flooring Maureen finally tells me that the 9&10' boards are not available, and I'd have to wait an additional 8 weeks if I wanted the product she quoted. I elected to accept the shorter lengths as delaying my project another 2 months was not an option, with the expectatio
