STOP Restoration Services of Chicago West IL

I didn't use their service, however I had a rather interesting encounter with one of their work vehicles today. The Company van driver slow rolled a stop sign at Marquette Dr. and made a left onto Naperville Rd in Romeoville just as I was exiting one of my customers business's. Even though I was SEVERAL car lengths plus ahead of him, the work van must have felt I cut him off or he felt he owns the road. As I gassed my vehicle upon exiting the business around appx 1 pm on 1/29/2026 the driver cut to the right side of the road, as if was going to attempt pass me illegally on the right side on a one lane road. We had a bad mold problem in our attic and Stop Restoration Services was quick to address it in that I had some time constraints that I needed them to work within. They also were very thorough and accommodating. In order for me to remedy the cause of the mold I had another contractor coming in. Stop Restoration Services kept their fans and dehumidifier running a couple extra days to coincide with my other contractor. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a mold problem:-). Ned, the owner of the company and Alex, the foreman of the team working on my house were the best to work with!

Ned and his team were very important in getting my basement dried out before the on set of problems like mold and mildew. I was absolutely amazed that they were able to take the job the same day. Ned was very professional and caring to ensure the job was completed timely, even more amazed with his ability to work with the insurance company. I recommend him and his team whole heartedly.

STOP Restoration Services of Chicago was amazing when our home had several pipes burst and our kitchen was under water.
