Had a great experience with Stormguard today! Some neighbors have had hail damage and Stormguard offered a no charge inspection. Very impressed with Issac, because he explained how he planned the inspection and climbed up on the roof. No damage as indicated from the professional roof inspection really puts my mind at ease. Totally going the extra mile for customer satisfaction was Issac repairing a few nail pops!! Nice bonus for additional peace of mind. Highly recommend Stormguard.

I made an appointment for a roof inspection by Storm Guard, two professional associates came by, explained what they would do and answered all the questions my wife and I had. They carefully did their inspection and took a lot of pictures! I was made aware of some potential problem areas [in the future], and there was absolutely no pressure tactics in their presentation to us. I am convinced by their professionalism and knowledge displayed, this is a reputable organization. Although I'm not getting a roof now, I invited them to stay in touch with me [a call back in 6 - 12 months] to see if the time is "right" for work to begin. BTW, Issac and Cody were the associates who came to my house; they are excellent!

A section of aluminum flashing was ripped off from a windstorm last week. I called my roofing company, Stormguard, to come out. Isaac came out to assess the damage and gave me an immediate reasonable estimate. He pinned the siding back on temporarily until the crew could come out. The crew was out in three days and repaired with new siding. The crew was professional. I love this company. They are so efficient and a pleasure to work with.

The best experience I have had recently is when Isaac Shultz from Storm Guard knocked on my door and asked if I wanted him to look at the condition of my roof. Isaac found wear and tear and hail damage. I filed a homeowner's claim with my insurance and was denied. With Isaac's assistance with the insurance claim, we requested an engineering assessment that subsequently verified the worn roof had been exacerbated by hail storms, and they approved my claim to replace the roof. I also had requested additional work the insurance isn't responsible for, leaf guards, attic ventilation fan, and downspouts. The price for this part was very reasonable.
