StormGuard did an amazing job replacing my roof after the storm. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Brian really takes great care of his customers — the communication was excellent, everything was clear and transparent, and the whole process was handled with impressive efficiency. Brian provided a great explanation of what he was going to do to make sure my roof was prepared for all the different weather Michigan brings us. He provided timelines and expectations, and kept to them! I had an unusual apparatus on my roof and he gave me a dollar amount to remove it if it became cumbersome to remove. I appreciated the honesty of putting a dollar amount to the removal and how it was going to be tackled (the other companies I got quotes from only gave me ‘We’ll figure the cost out later’). Storm Guard did an excellent job installing my roof, with quality materials. It was an amazing crew of 15 workers. The job was completed in six hours; which includes, removing the old roof, installation, and clean up. The crew went out of their way to make sure that they covered and protected the area from debris. If you had any input, they were willing satisfied your needs. Way to go Storm Guard! I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Not to mentioned my sales guy Brian, who is very knowledgeable!

Storm Guard offered a free roof inspection. Despite the age of my roof, owner Brian Yokley assessed that I had a few more years before replacement. He did find some maintenance related items and showed me photos of each specific one. They completed the maintenance repairs a few weeks later and provided more than 30 photos with written summaries on each as to what was done. Workers were very courteous. I appreciated the effort to show me the details of what was needed and the honest assessment of the overall condition of the roof. Final cost was under $1k.
