I had a horrible experience. At first, Mike seemed very professional. I wanted to have my front steps and retaining wall done. We agreed on a price and I signed a contract. I paid him half up front and he started the demo and did only half the brick work for my steps. Then he disappeared and stopped answering my calls and text messages. He would answer only when I called from different numbers, and kept promising he would come but never made good in his promise. Stuck with less than half of the project finished, I now have to find another professional to finish the job and every estimate I get is over priced because they all know I’m in a bind.
