The salesman used NO PRESSURE, gave me a quote on a very timely manner. The windows arrived a month earlier than I expected. Installer's arrived when they said and were very professional, worked tireously until the job was done. Clean work, hard workers and cleaned up after the work was completed. It was dark by that time and they stayed until work completed. I felt that my job was important to them. The project manager, Anthony was here before work started to keep me informed of what to expect and returned to make sure I was happy with the job after there installation. Anthony finished the trim and made sure i was satisfyed with all the work. I'd use them again in a minute, and highly recommend this company.

We had a 38 year old window, wood frame, that had pretty much rotted to nothing. It was to the point I was embarrassed to have anyone come see it, but it HAD to be done. So I called and had the consult almost immediately. Quotes were given same day and they beat everyone around! The experience was smooth and I felt no judgement or pressure. On top of that, the window is AMAZING!!! I can actually open it, AND the screen for bugs! I am just super happy about the whole thing. From start to finish! Highly recommend for all your window and door needs!

Got 5 quotes and Storm Protection Pros was not only the best price but also was the most responsive to questions, had the best communication, and was easiest to work with. I'm convinced I could not have had a better installation team - they were exceptional and took great pride in their work, even down to the caulking which was a work of art! (Even the County inspector was impressed and commented about that.) The Project Manager Anthony did good preparation work and was involved and on hand to ensure the work was being done well, details were taken care of, and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Professional and efficient all the way. Dealing with window companies can be tricky and risky - I'm so glad a friend recommended this

We needed new front doors that swing out, to be hurricane impact resistant, and Anthony and crew did a fine job. They took their time to make sure everything fit perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and kept me posted every step of the way. Highly recommend this company.

I experienced great communication, recommendations, and a quality installation. I had a ton of windows put in and a bunch of doors, most of them hurricane rated. The installation guys kept the house real clean, they took a lot of care taking the windows out as to not damage anything, and put everything back. I even noticed they fixed a few non window related items around the property just because I think it was easy for them. I've never experienced that before and I'm grateful. They go above and beyond what's required while doing an excellent job at installing the doors and windows. I just had another house in a different area get new windows and doors and the experience was not the same. I'd choose these guys again.
