Storm Recovery Experts were fantastic from start to finish. I had roof damage and had never gone through a claim process with my home insurance before. I called and Mike immediately scheduled a time to give me a free inspection. Once I filed my claim, Mike and SRE did all the leg work for me and communicated with me every step of the way. My claim was approved quickly, he scheduled directly with the insurance for their inspection, met them on site, took care of all the permits and within weeks they installed a new roof. The installation was finished in 1 day. Their crew arrived early and stayed all day to assure 1 day completion. With that being said, I called Jesse and he immediately starting helping me every step of the way. Jesse and Chris were both extremely helpful and there dedication to duty and attention to details were exquisite.
