Ryan (installer) was wonderful. He was here all day - removed and disposed of old shutters, competently installed new ones, patched holes, cleaned up all debris, waited For electricians to complete their portion of the job and then educated us on how to use the remotes, suggestions for storage and provided some troubleshooting tips. At the end, he wasn’t entirely satisfied with one screen and readjusted it and made sure all was good before he left while letting us know to call if we had any issues. Very professional

My StormSmart Storm Catcher Hurricane Screens were installed today. This is a very high quality product from top to bottom. Lucky and team did a great job with the installation. They left the area clean and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with operating the screens (including the App) and all my questions were answered. Thanks StormSmart!

My technician Bryson introduced himself and his partner when he first arrived. He explained what was going to be installed and approx how long it would take. He was very knowledgeable. They worked diligently throughout the day. Through the day he explained what he was doing. When he noticed an issue he immediately told us about it. Did not make any excuses and said he would be back to correct it. He did come back very soon and corrected the issue. Cleaned up the area and then explained to us how to use the electronic wi fi. We have used Storm Smart on several projects over the past few years including 2 different sets of hurricane screens. Ryan just installed 3 screens (in a difficult setting), and did a wonderful job!
