Storsberg was immensely superior to the 5-star Plumber I had just used for $3K of work. I had to get some of that work redone, and by chance I discovered an old invoice from 2002 from Storsberg Plumbing. I had simply forgotten about them, otherwise I would have called them first due to the nice work they did back then. Mostly, I was desperate for information on protecting my LBI crawlspace water pipes from freezing, because no one seemed to know definitively what to do. When Kevin showed up, we went under the house and I showed him the work I thought was needed. With his extensive experience and knowledge of LBI, he gave the reason why I don't need any of that work done. Thanks Bill and Nancy! Let's start with basics, somebody answered the phone when I first called. Then they were able to provide service on a small repair (outdoor spigot) within a few days. And to top it off both Nancy (office) and Bill (here at the house) were incredibly friendly and professional. And Bill did a great job! Thank you!!!

My wife and I used Strosberg Plumbing & Heating twice in the past six months for our LBI home, and we could not be happier to find this team. They have consistently been responsive, professional, and effective in the work performed. I hesitate in writing this review only to the extent that they could become too overwhelmed with new business :). We also wanted to express our gratitude to Nancy in scheduling and to Kevin, one of their master plumbers, who is an excellent troubleshooter.

Had a pipe leak on a Saturday. Called the emergency number and the plumber was there within the hour. Found the leak, fixed it and even took photos for me to use for insurance. I've used their services for routine plumbing and they are always on time, super nice and get the job done.

Kevin Is excellent! He is why I gave 4 stars. Friendly & knowledgable! The person, Nancy, doing the scheduling hoewever said she gave me the wrong appt. time then proceeded to talk over me & hung. Rude & very unprofessional...and it was only 9am!!! For her I give 1 star.
