I bought the Homeserve insurance and hoped I never needed it. Yip we had a main line water leak right under the cement sidewalks and our walk way. At the end of the day We have water, the yard was put back together nicely and the insurance covered it all, and no sidewalks got dug up. Stott’s was here all day. I am surprised and please at the results. I just wanted to say they performed above my expectations.

The two gentlemen who came to our home to unplug our pipes were awesome. They were here promptly and assessed our problems and determined where to start. They worked first in the kitchen where the sink was backed up. They had it clear and running within an hour. At the request of my husband, they also went into our basement and checked to ensure the pipes there were clear out to the main line. They were very pleasant, professional and they kept us informed of everything they were doing. They took their time to assure our problems were solved. They were very respectful of us, as well as our property. My husband and I were both very impressed and pleased with their work. I appreciate the immediate response from Stott Plumbing and Excavation to address the urgent need to make the necessary repairs to my water line. After calling my warranty company Stott sent a team the next day and put in for an emergency permit and Blue Stakes response from my city. Their excavation team (Alfredo and Jose) arrived early the next morning and all work was completed and water service restored by noon. They were very respectable of my property, protected the lawn, and clean up was excellent. I especially appreciated how they took off their shoes to enter my home when they had to come in and help me climb out of my crawl space. While being without water for two days was inconvenient, I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use and recommend Stott’s again.

They are amazing. They were quick to come out and assess the damage, their call center also made sure we were kept in the loop and they really did a great job at ensuring we understood what was going on. I felt very reassured.

The only reason why I had to use them was because of insurance. The woman who answers the phone (that’s if you can get her to answer) has the worst attitude. Then she told her field guys that I hung up on her. 💯 false. Their field guys couldn’t wait to tell me that I WAS THE one being rude because that’s what their office lady said. Why you would tell your customer this I’m not sure. They lack communication. They left a hole in my driveway for a week before they came out and did the concrete work. Then they slow up with no heads up one morning to do the concrete as I’m leaving the house. They left equipment at my home for over a week and I had to call for them to pick it up. Then they tell me they will be out in another week! The guys that actually came out and did the work were great and
