I was referred to Stoudt by my sister-in-law. She has been using them for years at both her home and her mom's rental property. She said they were honest and dependable. I couldn't agree more! I lost heat on a Sunday afternoon and called the number. I assumed I would just be leaving a message. To my surprise, a live person answered the phone and took my information. A few minutes later, I received a call from a technician and an appointment was set for Monday afternoon. My furnace is over 20 years old and the previous owner didn't really maintain it. I feared for the worst! About 35 minutes after the tech arrived, I was informed that my heater was fixed and running. It was just a bad capacitor on the fan motor. Total bill: $113.12. I was elated. I can't recommend Stoudt enough!

What Horrible customer service! I don’t recommend these people whatsoever! First I got no response to a voicemail I left. Then finally got in touch with Lee who scheduled me and tells me to make sure I’m on time for his appointment or I will be charged for the time. So on the day of the service, After 15 minutes of the scheduled time I contacted Lee to see where he was. and long story short he told me to find someone else. How does a business run like this? I’ve attached our message thread. I hope he has a better day now.

Just had Stoudt heating and air conditioning install a mini split system in my house. Installation came out great, very professional services. Customer service is great. Definitely would recommend their service.
