I needed a big pine tree and dogwood trimmed that hung over my house in Wyomissing and a potentially troubling pine tree in the back yard with the stump removed. Bob provided me a reasonable quote. On the day of work, he had problems with is stump grinder and stated he would do it another day as it was not a priority of mine. I think two weeks later the stump was ground, racked out by an employee and looked as if the tree was never there. He didn't ask for a dime until the work was done which is shocking these days. I've seen so many contractors come with laptops; then you know you're going to get hosed. Bob was a handshake, a bill and is an honest professional.
