An underwhelming experience; not the experts we needed. Don’t recommend them. My mom wanted new flooring in her bedroom so that she could roll her wheelchair easier. She had carpet. She decided on extending her hardwood floor and wanted to get it “matched” as close as possible to her current flooring. Since I live in Virginia, we decided to go with a local, professional flooring company. Together, she and I reached out to Stout’s in Oxford. We set up an estimate. A representative came out and did the measurements. He hardly spoke to my Mom. Several days later, we received a cost estimate. Mom agreed to the price. Very happy with my experience. I spoke with Clayton and just called in to price some flooring. He got back with me within 24 hours with a competitive price and was able to answer all my questions. Invoice and purchase process was seamless and very quick. Definitely recommend!

Great place. I walked in looking for trowels for gluing down lvp. Had another companies shirt on and it did not bother them. They did not have the trowel to sell so they gave me a free one that comes with their glue bucket. Southern hospitality at it's finest.

Shout out to the owners an John for being so gracious to us. We over ordered 12 boxes of unique tile and they returned it for us. They are super helpful and kind. I will definitely use Stouts in the future
