Stovall and Company, Inc.

I spent several thousand dollars at Stovall, and one small tree worth $125 died and the other just like it is fine. NO WARRANTY. So whatever, I think that's crazy but the biggest reason I won't EVER do business there again is their terrible attitude. Seems you are a bother and everyone is so short and rude on the phone and in person.

Great place to buy different plants and trees. Plenty to choose from.

Don't take returns/refunds/warranty - like Home Depot? Bought 2 trees on April 1st. One is dead the other dying. We obviously had plenty of water this Spring and Early summer, and when it wasn't raining they were watered. Also given root fertilization. Given earlier comments about no warranty/returns - $400 is down the toilet? Why would anyone shop here if that is the case?

Bought a number of lorapadlum there not long ago--two varietals. All six of one varietal lived, all six of the other died--all planted together in same place. Something was clearly wrong with the dead varietal, but the company was quick to tell me they guarantee nothing. Found the exact same plants a full third of the price less at a basic Home Depot. Thought Stovall's higher prices might come with a guarantee--HD's does. I won't go back--why would I?

Great staff - I worked with Tripp at this location and he helped me to find turf block stone pavers that I needed for my project. The order was also much lower than quotes from other companies in area. Product was delivered on time and there was minimal breakage in the blocks. Thank you!
