The Strada team for Tampa of Jason, Brian, and Jorge that came for our AC service was awesome. They resolved our request and were very knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, patient, and hardworking. They made sure that we were comfortable and made us feel very confident that they could resolve our request. They even came in after resolving our request to help us set up our app for the thermostat. Jason spent extra time helping us and went out of his way to make sure we were able to use this app that we needed. We felt genuine caring by the team and have full confidence that this Strada team can resolve any future issues if they arise. The front office also is pleasant, patient, and helps set up whatever we need. We highly recommend Strada Tampa to everyone.

I had a complete new heat pump system installed in Feb 2026 by Strada Services. I can’t believe how smooth everything went. Their communication system is great - i was notified when people would arrive at my house for inspection and service and they were there on the dot. The estimates were fair and I was given options with various features and price levels. No hard sell on upgrades. I actually chose the more expensive option and I’m glad I did. The install was very complicated due to the placement of the indoor unit. These guys got to business and did the whole thing in a day. A big round of applause for Mark who did the estimate and Hector, Mark and Michael who did the install. I would definitely work with them again.

Our technician/plumber Dustin did a fantastic job fixing a leaky exterior spigot. He was friendly and informative and completed the work promptly. I thought the pricing was a little high, but that’s not his fault.

Hector and the installation team were great. They contacted me prior to arrival showed up on time. They communicated the installation with me before starting during and did a great close out at the end. Pricing was very competitive with the other estimates that I received. Overall great job.

Terrence Pickett did a wonderful job adding our new appliance outlet to our pantry and fixing our doorbell! He was very professional and on top of things! Thank you again!
