I would not recommend this company. They have a website where you can (easily!) schedule an appointment. The site very clearly listed multiple dates and times to choose from. It was very user-friendly and easy to use. I selected a date two days into the future and a few hours later, received both a text an and email confirming the appointment time slot. After I went into work the next day and requested time off from my boss and got permission to miss work, I got a phone call from someone identifying himself as a "dispatcher" for Strada who said there are no appointments available for a whole week!!!! I opened up the website while I was talking to him, and explained their own website is STILL showing more than a dozen appointment times available over the next several days. I was told t

I have a home in Ormond Beach. It is a Maronda home and Strada was the sub for HVAC. Two years after we moved in we had to have a section of the refrigerant line removed and replaced because of the poor quality braising job done by these people. A leak developed as the photo shows and the slow leak caused damage to the system. It cost us more than $1100 to have it repaired. Strada will not even answer my call anymore about reimbursing us for what this cost us due to the poor quality of work. I am considering taking this photo and making a sign and picketing in front of where they are installing new systems. It has been a horrible experience dealing with their lack of taking ownership for the poor work.

I needed a brand new part for my new HVAC system and the diagnosis was not realized until 6:30 PM on a Friday night. The bottom line was the part had to be ordered and it wouldn’t be until the earliest would be Monday, hopefully Tuesday the latest and then it could be installed. I was able to speak with Sammy, who was understanding and very helpful. To my surprise Sammy was able to not only get the new, part but sent an employee that was supposed to be off to my house at 8 AM Saturday morning. The new part was installed and Patrick waited until the entire system ran through at least one full cycle to make sure there were no problems whatsoever. I am so grateful for Sammy and Patrick. I love my new house and. Due to these two gentlemen, thank you guys.

The technichian did not resolve our issue and didn’t really leave any suggestions but was willing to fix an outlet that wasn’t working and check on a fan for us. He gets paid by the hour so I made use of him and he was fine with it. He was on time and did help on the other things. He was very polite and respectful.
